Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Cortado (40 ml espresso, 3 sec. milk foam)
- A little lemon zest
- 1 generous pinch cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar
Preparation
- Put the lemon zest and cinnamon in a heat-resistant espresso glass.
- Place the glass under the coffee spout and prepare a cortado.
- Sprinkle the sugar over the drink and caramelise it with a small kitchen blow torch.
