FAUSTO 2.0 is a new addition to the Rocket Espresso grinder range designed for residential and commercial settings.

Overview:

• Equipped with commercial quality 65mm flat burrs, for higher grinding productivities (4 - 5 grams/second).
• Long durability is guaranteed with a special Red Speed coating (superior to titanium) applied to the burrs, grinding in excess of 2,000 - 2,500 kg.
• A newly developed 2.8” digital touch screen with a shot counter and three programmable portion buttons allow for quick adjustments and effortless portion control.
• SUPER FAUSTO is ideal for noise-sensitive environments.
• Dimensions: 175 mm wide x 282 mm deep x 480 mm high including hopper.
